An
employer who is petitioning a foreign national
for domestic employment that will require the
employee to live on the employer's premises
The
Live-in-Domestic must have either experience
or training in the care of children, elderly
persons or the disabled. The applicant must
have a basic understanding of English in order
to communicate with the family, cope within
the community, and react properly to an
emergency.
Techocan
International obtains an employment contract
for the Live-in-Domestic with an American
family, obtains job certification or approval,
and processes the application for the Visa.
The Applicant will be expected to reside in
the home of the American family and will be
paid a salary in accordance with the standard
wages for the industry.
Upon
completion of a two year contract in the
United States, the Applicant qualifies for
permanent residence in the United States for
herself, her spouse and her dependent
children.
